What little lady doesn't dream of being a princess.  I know I did when I was little and sometimes even now I think about being a beautiful princess in a magnificent castle.  Michael in his book describes every detail of having a Princess Tea Party.  He gives directions on six different princess tea parties.  My favorite one in the book is the Fairy-Tale Princess Tea.  What little lady doesn't want to be Cinderella, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty, Ariel, or Jasmine?  I always wanted to be Cinderella. The author has wonderful ideas starting with a Fairytale book for the invitation and making books for each young lady to write her own fairytale.  What young lady wouldn't love to write her own fairytale about herself as the princess.  For the menu he suggests Cinderella's Broomsticks, Snow White's Apple and a Castle cake.  He also even provides games to play that go along with the theme.  What little girl wouldn't love this special tea party for some summertime fun or a birthday party.  Also, the author does the same for five other special Princess Tea Parties.  I would love to have a Princess Tea Party even now.  This is a great book to use to plan a special Tea Party.  Why not be a princess for a day?  Enjoy!!!!!!!!

Tea Time with Sophia Grace and Rosie

 Have you met Sophia Grace and Rosie?  They appear from time to time on the Ellen Show.  They are so cute!!  This is their first book.  It is really a sweet book about the two girls and their tea party.  Sophia Grace and Rosie are planning a tea party.  The book tells about their party preparation and who they will invite to their tea party.  They decide to invite someone who they love.  They go through the book deciding on who that person will be.  They also make invitations and plan a theme.  You will need fairy dust, magic wands, and tutus of course for your special tea party.  Read the book to find out who Sophia Grace and Rosie pick to invite to their special tea party.  Oh, don't forget a crown.  Every little girl loves being a princess and choose a tutu of your favorite color.  Hope all the little girls have a wonderful tea party and enjoy this sweet book.

 

 

 

 

 

Check out tutus on Pinterest or the Esty site or make one of your own.  My daughter makes lovely tutus out of tulle.  So many colors to choose from and they are so cute on little girls.



 

Fancy Nancy  Tea Parties

This is a great book to use to plan your tea party.  I love the butterfly place mats on page 6 of the book.  They will look so cute on your tea party table.  Also, on page 7 is a great idea for folding paper napkins and making a cute table decoration too.  On page 8 is a picture of the table setting for the tea party. So cute!!!!  There are also receipts in the book for  tea and lemonade and for some cute snacks.  Also, a really cute game called Packing for Paris.   There is everything you need to know in this book to have a lovely tea party.  Girls will love it.  I hope everyone will enjoy their tea!!!

 

Fancy Nancy Tea for Two

Nancy and Bree have a tea party with the china tea set Bree received from her aunt.  Bree's aunt and mother played with the same tea set when they were little girls.  The girls have a tea party with their dolls until something happens to the china teapot.  Can you guess what happens to the teapot?  Read the sweet book and if you are a Fancy Nancy fan you will love it and it is a very cute book.

Tea Parties

 

 

 

Since school is out and the children are excited about finding things to do I thought reading would be a great place to start.  Reading is always a good idea anytime of the year but especially during the summer when the kids need to keep up there reading skills.  So I am going to share some of my favorite books about having a tea party.  I know girls love to have tea parties so the blog this month will be mainly for girls.   I am going to share some good books with great ideas for tea parties. I hope the little girls and big girls will enjoy the books and ideas this month about Tea Parties.
