Happy Monday Everyone!!
Hello and I hope everyone had a great weekend. I was really sorry to hear about the storms in the Midwest and the loss of life. We had warnings of tornadoes where I live but only got hail and rain. Tornadoes are so devastating to human life and property. I am saddened for the families of those who lost their lives.
Well this is the last Monday in April and I have a couple of books left on Paris so I thought I would share them with you today. I hope you enjoyed sharing them with a child this month and will share these last two with them. I hope you will enjoy them. I truly do love books.

Fancy Nancy and the Boy from Paris
by
Jane O'Connor
According to Fancy Nancy Paris, France is the fanciest city in the world. So when her teacher Mrs. Glass, tells her class that the new student is from Paris, Nancy cannot believe it. Nancy brushes up on all her French words and can't wait to make a new ami(French for friend). So Nancy sets out to make a friend with the new student from Paris. But Robert would rather talk about horses than the Eiffel Tower. So Nancy invites Robert over to her house to play and to learn more about Paris. I don't want to tell you the end so read the book and see how it ends.
This book is for ages 4-8 and a second grader should be able to read it on their own.
Fancy Nancy Too Many Tutus
by
Jane O'Connor
Nancy's mother want Nancy to clean out her closet and get rid of some of her tutus so her closet will shut. Nancy loves her tutus and doesn't want to get rid of any of them but she finally does get rid of a couple but that is all she does until her teacher Ms. Glass tells all the students about the fancy swap-and- shop day at school. Nancy decided to bring in some of her tutus and gets 15 tickets to the swap-and -shop day at school. But what happens when Nancy finds the tutu of her dreams? Check out this cute book. All little girls love tutus! My daughter has made some cute ones and you should check them out. They are as Fancy Nancy would say very fancy.
Hope you enjoy both books and I also put a link to the official Fancy Nancy website. So check it out too.
