Happy Friday Everyone!

Today I am going to post about the three crafts I made from the book The Most Excellent Book of How to be a Cheerleader

Bob Kiralfy

I wrote about the book on Wednesday's post so I thought for Friday I would make a few of the crafts and show them to you.  I know that the Chiefs are playing this Sunday and I have been a fan of them since I was 16.  So I made my crafts in their colors.  You could with your child or grandchild make them in any colors you would want for your favorite team.  The directions for making the Pom-Pom, the Megaphone, and the Flash Cards are in the book.  They are very simple to make and young girls or boys could make them with adult supervision.  They were really fun to make and turned out cute.  So I know your child or grandchild would love to make them for a Friday night high school game, a Saturday college game, or a NFL game on a Sunday.  They would have so much fun cheering on their team.  So check out the pictures or the book and have your child make some for the weekend.  They would also be great decorations for a tailgate party.  So enjoy and have fun making your fun cheerleading items.

Items you will need:
construction paper
poster board or cardstock paper
markers
tape
glue
scissors
stickers (if you want)
glitter (if you want)
You can make the megaphones bigger if you want if you use poster board.  I wanted mine smaller for a Tailgate Party I am having on Sunday for the opening KC Chiefs Game

Hope everyone has a great weekend and enjoy your football.  I am going to share some more football books on Monday and some tailgating recipes during the week.  Hope to hear your comments if your reading the blog.  :)
